» On your product details page I can find very cheap prices for payment by cash in advance and PayPal, but in my shopping cart I have the usual price again. When will I get the payment discount? Is your prepayment discount offered for payment by DIRECTebanking.com as well? 
 
Because our system doesn`t know, with which method you want to pay, it is showing the base price at first. After choosing your method of payment – directly before you confirm your order – the payment discount is subtracted. 
Please note that DIRECTebanking.com is not the same as cash in advance. For the first method the shop operator has to pay a service fee on every transaction, for cash in advance there are no additional cost for us. These savings we can forward to our customers, resulting in a payment discount. 
 
 
» How can I use a coupon? 
 
If you have received a voucher, you can enter the coupon code to redeem at the beginning of the order process. The value of the voucher will be charged in the final ordering step. Only one voucher can be redeemed per order. 
 
 
» Is the transfer of my payment information secure and not transmitted to third parties? 
 
All personal data transmission takes place over a secure 256-bit SSL encryption. Your data is only used for payment, to process your orders and for marketing activities you allow us to do on your account at OutdoorSports24. 
The secured transmission of credit card information and personal data using 256-bit SSL encryption is indicated by an internet address starting with https (in the top navigation bar of your browser window) and also by a lock and / or key sign at the lower status bar of your browser window. 
 
 
» I have seen one of your products to a cheaper price at a competitor’s store, but would like to order at your shop, if you could offer me the same price. What is the easiest way to request a price for one of your products? 
 
Use our price request module, which you will find on each product detail page. Click on the link "Did you find this product to a better price at a competitor’s store? - Please send us your price proposal!" which you can find directly under the product price. In that way in a few steps you can request a specific price for the product. 
We will do our best not to disappoint you. For many products we can offer competitive prices - and often beat our competitors. – You will see: Request is worthwhile! 
 
 
» I paid by cash in advance but one or all the ordered items are not available. What happens with my money?

In that case you'll of course get our money back as fast as can be and as soon as we have your bank data. Therefore we need your IBAN and SWIFT/BIC codes. If we didn't get your bank data in the ordering, we will contact you as soon as possible.
 
 
 
Questions about shipping & returns 
 
 
» How much are the shipping costs and how long is your delivery time? 
 
All orders from Germany and Austria are free of charge. 
 
Shipping costs to other EU countries and Switzerland amount to 9.90 EUR. 
 
Non-EU countries: Regarding shipping costs for non-EU countries, please refer to the table published at our shipping information section. Please note that the customer is responsible for any customs duties that may arise for shipments outside the EU. The amounts of the customs duties depend on the merchandise value and do vary respectively.
 
For bulky items, we calculate the actual costs as a surcharge fee for each product. Bulky goods are for example: ski (with a length of more than 160 cm), bicycles, mountain bikes, and volume elements for climbing walls. You can recognize bulky goods by an additional labeling at the product selection, indicating a shipping fee in the prefix. You never pay more than you will see in your shopping cart. 
 
Orders within Germany are delivered by DHL within approximately 2-3 working days. International shipping – usually also via DHL - might take 4 to 7 working days (weekends and holidays excluded). 
 
 
» Can I do an order with a delivery address different to the invoice address? 
 
Of course you can send the product also to your workplace, etc. During the ordering process you have the possibility to enter an alternate address. If you don’t enter this information, we will deliver to the given billing address. Please note that pack-station and mailbox addresses cannot be used as an invoice address. 
 
 
» To which countries do you deliver? 
 
Currently we deliver to many countries - worldwide. You will find detailed list of zones and countries at the shipping info box in the right navigation bar. 
 
 
» What happens if I’m not at home when the delivery arrives? 
 
If you're not at home - no problem! The DHL courier will leave you a pickup-card in your postbox with which you can collect your item at the responsible post office. If it is a COD (cash on delivery) order, you can also make your payment there. Please note that only the inscribed addressee is authorized to collect it, so don't forget your ID-Card! 
 
 
» My order has not yet arrived. What can I do?
 
You can take a look at the status of your order any time in your ‘Account’ section. If we were not able to accomplish an order immediately, because of the item being sold out, the delivery time will be extended accordingly. We will immediately inform you in those cases. In the exceptional case of the item being definitively out of stock, we will certainly inform you as soon as possible. Our customer service will gladly and capably help you choosing the right alternative.
 
 
» I would like to order a larger number of one of your products - is that possible? 
 
If a larger amount of one and the same product (color and size does not matter) is required for your company, an event or the club, please email your request to info@outdoorsports24.com. We check availability and prepare an offer.

Through the acquisition of this label, we have committed ourselves to the highest requirements regarding data security and delivery. Questions about return and exchange 
 
  
» I want to change or return an item. What and how can I change?
 
Within Germany your return is free of charge, from abroad you will have to bear the costs for returns, provided that the item corresponds with the description of the ordered item. Please bear in mind to prepay sufficiently any return from abroad. In case of insufficient postage we reserve us the right to subtract the originated costs from the sum to refund.
Customers from abroad do of course have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within 21 days too. We grant you full satisfaction or your money back. Duration up to 14 days beginning with the day we received the goods. 
Please send back goods with the completed return form in the original packaging provided by the manufacturer. Use a packet to avoid that the original manufacturer's packaging is damaged. 
Please note that we can only guarantee a fast chargeback if you previously inform us about your return sending. Insufficient postage causes a significantly longer duration until a chargeback to your account can take place. If you have any questions regarding the return of goods, please don´t hesitate to contact us by email to info@outdoorsports24.com.
 
 
»How do I get my money refunded after returning the item? 
 
A basic requirement to get your money refunded is a notification of your return request by email to info@outdoorsports24.com. Please also fill our return consignment form and attach it to your shipment.

» The size selection box doesn´t show all sizes. What does that mean? 
 
Currently only the displayed sizes are available. Other sizes are likely out of stock. - Please contact us to be sure about availability of products.
 
  
» How can the item I just ordered be sold out?
 
In exceptional cases there are items with a large demand which are not available at the time you order them. Our customer service will gladly and capably help you choosing the right alternative.
 
    
» How do I find the right size for me?
 
To avoid bad surprises you will find measurement guidance and a size conversion chart for our clothing and footwear linked directly at the detail view of each product or at our customer service area. 
 
  
» Why does my item look different than the pictures of the product at your website?
 
We try to provide pictures of our products in the best possible quality and we try to depict all their details. However, the quality of a cloth or the color of a product may slightly differ on the screen. Our 21 days of right of return allow you to easily change the item.
 
  
» I have forgotten my e-mail address or password. What can I do? 
 
If you forgot your password, you can have it sent to the E-Mail address given at your registration.
If you forgot your E-Mail address, you will unfortunately have to register again, as we do not have any access to your data.
